冷却方式对Cr26Ni14Nb2钢抗氧化性能的影响

【摘要】:采用增重法对Cr26Ni14Nb2奥氏体耐热钢的抗氧化性能进行研究,并用XRD、SEM对氧化膜的组成及结构进行了分析。结果表明,冷却方式对Cr26Ni14Nb2钢在不同温度下的氧化膜构成影响不大,主要成分均为Cr_2O_3及尖晶石结构的物质,但温度超过950℃后,氧化膜中出现了Fe_2O_3、Fe_3O_4,且随温度升高它们的数量增加;三种冷却方式的试样,在850、950℃加热时,均具有较好的抗氧化性能;在1050℃加热时,空冷试样具有更好的抗氧化性。
[Abstract]:The oxidation resistance of Cr26Ni14Nb2 austenitic heat-resistant steel was studied by weight gain method, and the composition and structure of the oxide film were analyzed by XRD-SEM.
