铝基钛坯涂层的制备及其高温抗氧化性能

【摘要】:将Al粉、Sn粉、SiO_2粉、苯丙乳液、聚乙烯醇和羧甲基纤维素等原料,按照一定配比制备铝基高温抗氧化涂层,探讨不同热处理温度和保温时间对涂层高温抗氧化性的影响。采用光学显微镜、场发射扫描电镜、能谱分析仪和X射线衍射仪研究喷涂和未喷涂表面的微观形貌、元素扩散和相组成。结果表明,铝基高温抗氧化涂层能够阻止钛坯在热加工过程中产生表面氧化,在过渡层中形成了具有良好防护作用的Al2O3-Ti Al相和Ti Al3-Ti相,且较适宜的处理温度为1050℃保温时间为8 h。
[Abstract]:Aluminum based high temperature oxidation resistant coatings were prepared by Al powder Sn powder SiOW powder, styrene-acrylic emulsion, polyvinyl alcohol and carboxymethyl cellulose. The effects of different heat treatment temperature and holding time on the oxidation resistance of the coatings at high temperature were investigated. The microstructure of sprayed and unsprayed surfaces was studied by optical microscope, field emission scanning electron microscope, energy spectrum analyzer and X-ray diffractometer. The results show that Al based high temperature oxidation resistant coating can prevent the surface oxidation of titanium billet during hot working, and the Al2O3-Ti Al and Ti Al3-Ti phases have been formed in the transition layer.
