非晶制带冷却辊热流与温度场数值模拟(英文)

【摘要】:冷却辊温度是影响非晶带材质量的关键因素,为此应用流体动力学软件FLUENT模拟了冷却辊外壁面沿圆周方向的热流分布,以此为边界条件,采用有限元分析法对冷却辊进行了稳态温度场分析,获得了冷却辊内外壁温度场分布,讨论了冷却辊辊厚和冷却水通道高度对冷却辊温度场的影响规律。结果表明:减小冷却辊厚度可降低冷却辊外表面温度,提高内表面温度;减小冷却水通道高度可以降低冷却辊内外表面温度。通过综合分析,得到冷却辊内外表面温度在一定范围内的最优化设计方案,为非晶带材冷却辊的设计及优化提供理论支持。
[Abstract]:The temperature of cooling roll is the key factor affecting the quality of amorphous strip. In this paper, the heat flux distribution of the outer wall of the cooling roll along the circumferential direction is simulated by using the hydrodynamic software FLUENT, which is taken as the boundary condition. The steady-state temperature field of cooling roller was analyzed by finite element method, and the distribution of temperature field inside and outside the cooling roll was obtained. The influence of cooling roll thickness and cooling water channel height on the cooling roll temperature field is discussed. The results show that reducing the cooling roll thickness can reduce the outer surface temperature of the cooling roll and increase the inner surface temperature. The inner and outer surface temperature of cooling roll can be reduced by reducing the height of cooling water channel. Through comprehensive analysis, the optimum design scheme of inner and outer surface temperature of cooling roll is obtained, which provides theoretical support for the design and optimization of amorphous strip cooling roll.
