【摘要】:以AZ31镁合金为基础,通过加入稀土元素Sm(钐)进行合金化,以获得室温和高温力学性能优良的耐热镁合金。采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、电子拉伸试验机等多种分析和测试手段,较为系统地研究了稀土元素Sm对AZ31镁合金显微组织及室温和高温力学性能的影响。结果表明,适量的稀土元素Sm的加入能够改善AZ31镁合金的显微组织,提高其力学性能。随着钐含量的增加,合金的强度和伸长率先升高后降低,且当w(Sm)=1.5%时,不论是在室温(20℃)还是在高温(150℃、175℃),合金的抗拉强度和伸长率取得最大值。在稀土元素Sm的加入量一定时,合金的抗拉强度随温度的升高而降低。
[Abstract]:Based on AZ31 magnesium alloy, the heat resistant magnesium alloy with excellent mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperature was obtained by adding rare earth element Smm (samarium). The effect of rare earth element Sm on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ31 magnesium alloy at room and high temperature was systematically studied by means of electronic tensile testing machine and so on. The addition of appropriate amount of rare earth element Sm can improve the microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ31 magnesium alloy.
