钢板微观表面质量控制理论与技术研究进展

【摘要】:分析给出钢板表面质量缺陷的分类及描述,重点阐释与表面微观形貌相关的钢板微观表面质量缺陷;结合钢板微观表面质量控制的工艺原理,综述国内外针对钢板微观表面质量生成与控制的关键——钢板表面微观形貌的表征与轧制转印生成、轧辊表面微观形貌的磨损演变、钢板表面的视觉美观性和涂镀黏附性与冲压储油性的描述与建模等方面的重要研究进展及成果;分析总结目前钢板微观表面质量的理论研究与生产实践中存在的主要问题,提出进一步开展钢板微观表面质量控制理论与技术研究的若干建议,展望当前在我国着力开展钢板微观表面质量研究的科学意义和应用前景。
[Abstract]:The classification and description of surface quality defects of steel plate are analyzed and described, and the microcosmic surface quality defects related to the surface morphology of steel plate are explained, and the process principle of surface quality control of steel plate is discussed. The key to the formation and control of the surface quality of steel plate at home and abroad, the characterization and rolling transfer formation of the micro-morphology of the steel plate surface, and the wear evolution of the surface micro-morphology of the roll are summarized. The important research progress and achievements in the aspects of visual aesthetics, coating adhesion and stamping oil storage properties of steel plate surface, the main problems existing in the theoretical research and production practice of steel plate micro-surface quality are analyzed and summarized. Some suggestions for further research on the theory and technology of micro surface quality control of steel plate are put forward, and the scientific significance and application prospect of developing research on micro surface quality of steel plate in China are prospected.
