热处理对Q235B钢法兰的组织和性能的影响

【摘要】:铸辗复合成形的法兰内部存在较大的残余应力,而且晶粒尺寸分布不均,从而造成部分区域的力学性能不能满足实际要求,给应用带来安全隐患。本文以铸辗复合成形的Q235B钢法兰为研究对象,利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和力学性能试验等方法,研究热处理工艺参数对Q235B钢法兰微观组织及力学性能的影响,探讨最佳的热处理工艺。试验结果表明:铸辗成形后的Q235B钢法兰经900℃淬火保温1 h,在10%Na Cl水溶液中冷却后600℃回火保温2 h,力学性能达到实际使用要求。
[Abstract]:The internal residual stress in the flange formed by casting and rolling is large and the distribution of grain size is uneven, which results in the mechanical properties of some areas can not meet the actual requirements. This paper takes the Q235B steel flange formed by casting and rolling as the research object, using optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and mechanical property test, etc. The effect of heat treatment process parameters on microstructure and mechanical properties of Q235B steel flange was studied.
