锻压工艺对Cu-Zn基合金同步器齿环性能的影响研究

【摘要】:采用不同的模具预热温度、始锻温度和终锻温度对Cu-Zn基汽车同步器齿环进行了锻造,并进行了磨损性能和冲击性能的测试与分析。结果表明:在试验条件下,随模具预热温度从200℃升高至300℃、始锻温度从720℃升高至800℃或终锻温度从590℃升高至710℃,齿环的磨损性能和冲击性能均先提高后下降。Cu-Zn基汽车同步器齿环的最佳工艺参数为:模具预热温度275℃、始锻温度780℃、终锻温度690℃。
