较短临界退火时间下中锰TRIP钢的组织及力学性能

【摘要】:利用拉伸试验机、扫描电镜、透射电镜以及X射线衍射分析了临界退火温度和临界退火时间对中锰钢的微观组织以及力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:在本文所设计工艺条件下,由于临界退火时间短导致组织中的渗碳体无法完全溶解,其微观组织主要由铁素体、残留奥氏体以及渗碳体所构成;试样在650~700℃之间退火能获得良好性能,但是不同临界退火温度出现良好力学性能所需要的时间不一样,温度越高,所需要时间越短;675℃退火5 min时有最佳的力学性能,抗拉强度约为980 MPa,断后伸长率约为30%,强塑积接近30 GPa·%。
