等温锻造对镁合金汽车悬架控制臂性能的影响研究

【摘要】:采用不同的锻造工艺对AZ31-0.15%Ce镁合金汽车悬架控制臂进行了锻造,并进行了力学性能和耐腐蚀性能的测试与对比分析。结果表明:与常规锻造相比,采用等温锻造方式制备的镁合金汽车悬架控制臂力学性能和耐腐蚀性能得到显著提高。该悬架控制臂的最佳锻造工艺为等温锻造,其工艺参数为模具预热温度410℃、锻造温度410℃、锻造速度120 mm/min。
[Abstract]:The control arm of automobile suspension of AZ31-0.15 magnesium alloy was forged by different forging technology. The mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the control arm were tested and compared. The results showed that the forging process was better than that of conventional forging. The mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the control arm of automobile suspension of magnesium alloy prepared by isothermal forging have been greatly improved. The optimum forging process of the control arm of the suspension is isothermal forging, and its technological parameters are as follows: the preheating temperature of die is 410 鈩,
