热处理工艺对无铅硅黄铜组织及性能的影响

【摘要】:利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪及电化学腐蚀试验、切削试验等,观察并研究了65CuZn3Si合金和65CuZn1Si合金热处理前后微观组织、腐蚀性能和切削性能的变化。结果表明:在水冷条件下,随退火温度的升高,65CuZn3Si合金γ相晶粒尺寸逐渐变小,且有富含Si、P的纳米级颗粒状质点析出;当退火温度达到800℃时,γ相尺寸仅为1~5μm,合金的切削性能得到明显的改善;同时,其耐腐蚀性能也有所提高。而含Si量较低的65CuZn1Si合金,热处理对其性能的改善并不明显。
[Abstract]:The microstructure of 65CuZn3Si alloy and 65CuZn1Si alloy before and after heat treatment were observed and studied by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffractometer, electrochemical corrosion test and cutting test. The results show that the grain size of 纬 phase of 65CuZn3Si alloy becomes smaller with the increase of annealing temperature under water cooling condition, and there are precipitated nanoparticles rich in SiOP-rich particles.
