电热壶发热盘电阻焊接机构设计

【摘要】:针对电热壶中发热盘和总钉的焊接,设计了自动化电阻焊接设备。主要包括发热盘上料机构、总钉上料机构、两者的组装夹紧机构以及电阻焊接机构。人工将发热盘及总钉批量上料到各自的上料料斗内,上料机构自动抓取单个物料,并且自动组装,经过焊接夹具进行定位夹紧,输送到焊接工位,电阻焊接机自动完成焊接。实际生产验证结果表明,该机构实现自动化生产,可节约3个人力。
[Abstract]:The automatic resistance welding equipment is designed for welding the heating plate and the main nail in the electric kettle, which mainly includes the feeding mechanism of the heating plate and the feeding mechanism of the main nail. The assembly clamping mechanism and the resistance welding mechanism of the two parts. The heating plate and the total nail are expected to be loaded in batches in the respective feeding hopper. The feeding mechanism automatically grabs the single material and automatically assembles the material, and after the welding fixture, it is positioned and clamped. The welding machine is transferred to the welding station and the resistance welding machine can finish the welding automatically. The actual production verification results show that the mechanism can realize automatic production and save 3 individuals' force.
