基于响应曲面法切削温度变化规律及粘焊影响

【摘要】:为了研究硬质合金刀具切削不锈钢材料时刀-屑粘焊的临界条件,并获得切削参数对切削温度及粘焊累积的影响规律,采用Design-Expert软件响应曲面法进行分析.通过三因素三水平试验建立了在硬质合金刀具切削1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢过程中切削温度的预测模型,并对相应的回归模型进行了分析,证明了预测模型以及对应因素的显著性.结果表明:该预测模型较为准确,具有较好的可靠性和实用性;刀-屑粘焊的温度区范围一般不超过800℃;刀具前刀面粘焊微观形貌呈现一定程度的颗粒扎堆状态;切削速度和进给量的交互作用对切削温度的影响最为显著.
[Abstract]:In order to study the critical condition of cutter chip bonding welding in cutting stainless steel material with cemented carbide tool, the influence of cutting parameters on cutting temperature and bonding accumulation is obtained. By using the response surface method of Design-Expert software, the prediction model of cutting temperature in the process of cutting 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel with cemented carbide tool was established by three factors and three levels test, and the corresponding regression model was analyzed. The prediction model and the significance of corresponding factors are proved. The results show that the prediction model is more accurate, has better reliability and practicability, and the temperature range of knife chip bonding welding is generally less than 800 鈩,
