热处理对TA2材料的金相组织及硬度的影响

【摘要】:研究了不同热处理条件下化工用TA2合金的微观组织和硬度的变化。结果发现,随着保温温度的升高,TA2合金晶粒逐渐长大。此外,炉冷相比于空冷和水冷,对晶粒的长大促进作用最为明显。硬度测试发现,不同厚度的TA2合金在910℃×2h+水冷处理后均具有最高硬度。
[Abstract]:The changes of microstructure and hardness of chemical TA2 alloy under different heat treatment conditions were studied. It was found that the grain size of TA2 alloy grew gradually with the increase of holding temperature. In addition, the furnace cooling was compared with air cooling and water cooling. The hardness test showed that TA2 alloy with different thickness had the highest hardness after 910 鈩,
