固溶处理对7021铝合金组织与性能的影响

【摘要】:采用金相观察、力学性能测试等方法,研究了固溶处理对7021铝合金板材显微组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,随固溶温度的升高和保温时间的延长,合金的未溶相逐步溶入基体,经120℃×24h人工时效后,合金强度逐渐提高,380℃×40min固溶时合金强度最高。而随着固溶温度进一步升高或固溶时间不断延长,合金中纤维状组织发生再结晶,晶粒不断长大,合金强度降低,伸长率提高。7021铝合金的最佳固溶处理工艺为380℃下保温40min。
[Abstract]:The effect of solution treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 7021 aluminum alloy sheet was studied by means of metallographic observation and mechanical property test. The results showed that with the increase of solution temperature and the prolongation of holding time, the effect of solution treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 7021 aluminum alloy sheet was studied.
