6061铝合金温精冲工艺的有限元分析

【摘要】:为探究温度在改善6061铝合金精冲质量时的作用,通过单向拉伸试验获取6061铝合金在不同温度条件下的应力-应变曲线,然后结合单拉试验和有限元模拟,确立了断裂阈值与温度的关系,并将温度耦合到Normalized Cock Croft-Latham准则中,利用有限元模拟软件分析对比不同温度条件下6061铝合金精冲过程,最后利用精冲实验对模拟结果进行验证。结果表明,升温延缓了断裂的产生和扩展,25℃时精冲剪切区几乎完全断裂,而175℃时剪切区裂纹仅在凹模刃口附近产生,凸模附近尚未产生裂纹;随着温度的升高,精冲件断面质量改善,光亮带厚度从25℃时的1.53 mm上升到175℃时的3.02 mm,断裂带厚度从25℃时的3.68 mm下降到175℃时的2.06 mm。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the effect of temperature on improving the precision quality of 6061 aluminum alloy, the stress-strain curves of 6061 aluminum alloy under different temperature conditions were obtained by uniaxial tensile test, and then combined with single tensile test and finite element simulation. The relationship between fracture threshold and temperature is established, and the temperature is coupled to the Normalized Cock Croft-Latham criterion. The finite-element simulation software is used to analyze and compare the fine blanking process of 6061 aluminum alloy at different temperatures. Finally, the simulation results are verified by the precision punching test. The results show that the temperature rise delays the occurrence of the fracture and almost completely breaks the fine punching shear zone at 25 鈩,
