锥体盒形件定初始角度步长法无模空心旋压旋轮路径设计

【摘要】:金属旋压是一种适用于生产薄壁回转体工件的成形工艺,采用旋压的方法加工锥体盒形件的成形工艺一直是研究的重点和难点。为了拓宽视野,采用定初始角度步长无模空心旋压旋轮路径设计的方法进行旋压工艺的设计。通过锥体盒形件的几何关系分析推导出旋压路径,并将旋压路径转化成数控机床程序代码,从而完成锥体盒形异形件的加工,得到了符合加工要求的零件,并且表面没有起皮、波纹、鼓包、裂纹等常见缺陷。
[Abstract]:Metal spinning is a kind of forming technology suitable for the production of workpiece of thin wall rotary body. The forming process of cone box by spinning method has always been the focal point and difficulty of research, in order to widen the field of vision, The spinning process is designed by the method of designing the path of constant initial angle step size hollow spinning wheel. The spinning path is deduced by analyzing the geometric relationship of the cone box, and the spinning path is converted into the program code of NC machine tool. Thus, the processing of conical box shaped special-shaped parts is completed, and the parts that meet the processing requirements are obtained, and there are no common defects such as peeling, corrugation, bulging, cracks and other common defects on the surface.
