【摘要】:正钛合金具有密度小、比强度高、抗蚀性优异等突出优点,是一种代替合金钢制造轻量化航空传动机构功能部件的材料。作为齿轮等传动零件材料使用,钛合金存在硬度低,抗剥蚀能力低,容易发生粘结磨损等问题,解决这些问题的途径是提高钛合金的强度和耐磨性。通过表面强化技术增加钛合金齿轮表面硬度,降低摩擦系数,提高耐磨性能,可以使钛合
[Abstract]:Titanium alloy has the advantages of low density, high specific strength, excellent corrosion resistance and so on. It is a kind of material instead of alloy steel to manufacture the functional parts of lightweight aeronautical transmission mechanism. As a transmission part material such as gears, titanium alloy has low hardness. The way to solve these problems is to improve the strength and wear resistance of titanium alloy, to increase the surface hardness of titanium alloy gear by surface strengthening technology, to reduce the friction coefficient, and to improve the wear resistance. It makes titanium fit.
