液压顶升装置在轧机牌坊吊装中的应用技术研究

【摘要】:液压顶升装置吊装技术作为一种新型超大设备吊装技术现广泛应用于冶金建设行业。轧机作为大型钢厂最核心的设备,对于所生产的产品质量、产量起着关键性的作用,对轧机的安装精度提出了更高的要求,其中轧机牌坊吊装具有一定复杂性和危险性的特点和难点。论文在参阅国内外有关文献资料的基础上,总结了液压顶升系统的顶升技术原理、同步控制技术、计算机控制系统与吊装轧机牌坊的工艺原理和进行轧机牌坊吊装施工时的操作要点;结合具体实际工程特点,提出采用液压顶升装置进行吊装施工的施工方法和相关的安全保障措施;通过对临时支撑结构计算、吊装夹具计算、立柱稳定性分析、换辊坑底板混凝土基础冲切承载力校核等,保证施工过程的安全性,同时确保施工的效果能够满足设计需求,为类似工程提供参考。液压顶升装置吊装技术的研究从根本上解决了超大设备吊装的难题,该技术具有便于操作、工作平稳、安全性、节约项目施工成本、缩短施工工期等优点,大大弥补了行车吊装起重量不足,无法满足吊装作业的缺点,对今后冶金行业及其他领域超大型设备安装具有重要的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:As a new type of super-large equipment hoisting technology, hydraulic hoisting technology is widely used in metallurgical construction industry. As the core equipment of large steel plants, rolling mill plays a key role in the quality and output of the products produced. This paper puts forward higher requirements for the installation accuracy of rolling mill, in which the lifting of mill arch has some complexity and dangerous characteristics and difficulties. This paper summarizes the technical principle of hydraulic lifting system, synchronous control technology, the technology principle of computer control system and hoisting mill arch and the key points of operation in hoisting construction of rolling mill arch, and combines with the characteristics of practical engineering. This paper puts forward the construction method of hoisting construction with hydraulic lifting device and the relevant safety measures, through the calculation of temporary supporting structure, the calculation of hoisting fixture, the analysis of the stability of column, To ensure the safety of the construction process and ensure that the effect of the construction can meet the design requirements, the punching capacity of the concrete foundation of the replacement roll pit bottom slab is checked and so on. The research on hoisting technology of hydraulic lifting device has solved the problem of large equipment hoisting fundamentally. The technology has the advantages of easy operation, stable work, safety, and saving construction cost. The advantages of shortening the construction period make up for the shortage of crane lifting weight greatly and can not meet the shortcomings of hoisting operation. It has an important reference function for the installation of super large equipment in metallurgical industry and other fields in the future.
