水基防锈剂的制备及性能研究

【摘要】:硅酸盐是一种环境友好型缓蚀剂,具有资源丰富、无毒、价格价廉、使用简单等优点。近年来采用硅酸钠水溶液对镀锌钢、铝以及铝合金和镁合金进行表面处理的研究较多。硅酸钠是硅酸盐缓蚀剂中最主要的一种,但是硅酸钠水溶液在常温下形成的防锈膜遇水即溶,耐水性差,在室外容易遭到破坏,一定程度上缩短了防锈期。热固化对硅酸钠防锈剂的防锈性能具有重要影响,当达到一定固化温度时,水分蒸发,Si-OH几乎全部缩合为Si-0-Si链的网状结构。本文针对螺纹钢和Q235钢在使用过程中普遍存在的易腐蚀生锈问题,以硅酸钠为原料制备了一种环保型水基防锈剂,通过电化学测试、扫描电镜测试、膜层接触角测试、露天耐候实验、红外光谱和盐水浸泡等实验等手段对常温(25℃)下自然干燥的防锈膜以及经过热固化处理的防锈膜性能进行评价,考察了硅酸钠浓度、固化温度以及固化时间对防锈膜性能的影响。结果表明:硅酸钠水溶液浓度为0.8mmol/L,固化温度为220℃,固化时间为3. 5h,形成的硅酸钠防锈膜完整均匀且致密,构成Si-O-Si三维网状结构,优于未经固化的硅酸钠防锈膜,成膜后钢板的防锈期超过2个月,耐蚀性和耐水性均好于自然干燥的防锈膜。
[Abstract]:Silicate is a kind of environment-friendly corrosion inhibitor, which has the advantages of rich resources, non-toxic, cheap price, simple use, etc. In recent years, sodium silicate aqueous solution was used to galvanize steel. There are many studies on surface treatment of aluminum, aluminum and magnesium alloys. Sodium silicate is one of the most important corrosion inhibitors, but the antirust film formed by sodium silicate aqueous solution at room temperature dissolves in water and has poor water resistance. It is easy to be destroyed outside, which shortens the antirust period to a certain extent. Thermal curing has an important effect on the antirust performance of sodium silicate antirust agent, when the curing temperature is reached, Almost all of the water evaporated Si-OH condensed into the network structure of Si-0-Si chain. In this paper, a kind of environmental protection water-based rust inhibitor was prepared by using sodium silicate as raw material, aiming at the problem of corrosion and rust easily existed in the process of using rebar steel and Q235 steel. Through electrochemical test, scanning electron microscope test, film contact angle test, open weather test, The properties of natural drying antirust film and thermosetting antirust film were evaluated by infrared spectroscopy and salt water soaking, and the concentration of sodium silicate was investigated.
