Inconel690合金HVOF喷涂WC-10Co-4Cr涂层高温微动磨损特性研究

【摘要】:蒸汽发生器传热管是核电系统的关键部件之一,由于传热管与支撑部件之间的小幅振动引起微动磨损,导致传热管局部损伤。持续的微动会进一步导致传热管表层裂纹的萌生与扩展,产生安全隐患,危及核电系统安全。因此,防止蒸汽发生器传热管微动损伤导致的管裂事故,是核电系统安全的重大课题。虽然研究人员做了长期大量的有关研究工作,但目前尚无一套系统的方法来有效解决蒸汽发生器传热管微动损伤可能产生的安全风险问题。本文在PLINT电液伺服高温微动试验机上,以"十"字交叉接触方式进行Incone1690合金管及其超音速火焰喷涂WC-10Co-4Cr涂层的高温微动磨损试验。试验条件为:法向载荷Fn为100~200 N,位移幅值D为100~200 μm,频率f为2 Hz,循环次数为30000次,温度为室温25℃至300℃。利用光学显微镜(OM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、电子能谱仪(EDX)、NanoMap500DLS双模式轮廓仪和三维共聚焦显微镜(OLYMPUS-OLS4100)等设备对磨痕进行测试分析,研究了 Incone1690合金管和WC-10Co-4Cr涂层的微动磨损特性和磨损机理,获得的研究结果如下:(1)在室温下位移幅值对WC-10Co-4Cr涂层的摩擦系数影响较小;在位移幅值一定时,法向载荷增加,WC-10Co-4Cr涂层的摩擦系数增加,室温下WC-10Co-4Cr涂层的微动磨损机制以磨粒磨损与剥层为主要特征,并伴有轻微摩擦氧化。(2)高温200℃和300℃下WC-10Co-4Cr涂层的磨损体积随着位移幅值和法向载荷的增大而增大;高温200℃下微动磨损机制仍以磨粒磨损和剥层为主要特征,伴有氧化磨损。高温300℃下微动磨损机制以氧化磨损为主要特征,并伴有剥层特征。(3)在室温至高温200℃条件下,WC-10Co-4Cr涂层的磨损体积和截面二维轮廓面积较小,表明超音速火焰喷涂WC-10Co-4Cr涂层能有效提高Incone1690合金的耐磨性和抗微动磨损性,而在高温300℃下,WC-10Co-4Cr涂层发生严重磨损。
[Abstract]:The heat transfer tube of steam generator is one of the key components of nuclear power system. The continuous fretting will further lead to the initiation and expansion of the surface cracks of the heat transfer tubes, which will lead to a hidden safety hazard and endanger the safety of nuclear power systems. Therefore, the pipe cracking accidents caused by the fretting damage of the steam generator tubes will be prevented. Is a major issue in the safety of nuclear power systems. Although researchers have done a lot of related research work for a long time, However, there is no systematic method to solve the problem of safety risk caused by fretting damage of steam generator tube. This paper is based on PLINT electro-hydraulic servo high-temperature fretting test machine. The fretting wear test of Incone1690 alloy tube and its WC-10Co-4Cr coating sprayed by supersonic flame is carried out by "ten" cross contact method.
