基于Dynaform的印涂铝盖冲压拉深模具间隙的数字化设计技术

【摘要】:以非线性有限元软件Dynaform为平台,对1716印涂铝盖在不同单边间隙下的冲压拉深过程进行数值模拟,分析了首次拉深工序件的最大壁厚、最大壁厚与最小壁厚差值、壁厚减薄率和最小壁厚随模具单边间隙变化的曲线;同时,综合考虑工序的工艺特点、工艺要求、拉深模的磨损规律、模具寿命要求等诸多因素,最终确定拉深模单边间隙的合理范围,并进行了生产验证。结果表明:拉深模单边间隙的合理范围是0.30~0.31 mm;模具单边间隙为0.31 mm时,工序件最小壁厚最大,减薄率最小;考虑磨损规律和模具的寿命要求,实际生产中模具的单边间隙值可取0.30 mm,可成形出合格的工序件。
[Abstract]:Based on the nonlinear finite element software Dynaform, a numerical simulation of the drawing process of 1716 imprinted aluminum cover with different unilateral clearance is carried out. The maximum wall thickness, the difference between the maximum wall thickness and the minimum wall thickness of the parts in the first drawing process are analyzed.The curve of the wall thickness thinning rate and the minimum wall thickness changing with the unilateral clearance of the die, at the same time, considering the process characteristics, the process requirements, the wear law of the drawing die, the die life requirement and many other factors, etc.Finally, the reasonable range of unilateral clearance of drawing die is determined, and the production verification is carried out.The results show that the reasonable range of unilateral clearance of drawing die is 0.30mm 0.31mm, when the gap is 0.31mm, the minimum wall thickness and thinning rate of working piece are maximum, and the wear rule and life requirement of die are considered.In actual production, the unilateral clearance value of die can be 0.30 mm, which can form qualified process parts.
