汽车曲轴用球墨铸铁的强韧化热处理工艺研究

【摘要】:对QT780-3珠光体型球墨铸铁进行正火处理,分析不同正火温度对球墨铸铁组织、耐磨性及力学性能的影响。结果表明:在一定正火温度范围内,随着正火温度的提高珠光体层片间距变小,铁素体分布均匀性得到改善,同时耐磨性及力学性能提高。当正火温度较高时,珠光体组织粗化,耐磨性及力学性能降低。正火条件为900℃×2 h时,珠光体层片间距最小,铁素体分布均匀,QT780-3珠光体型球墨铸铁综合性能最佳。
[Abstract]:The effect of different normalizing temperature on the microstructure, wear resistance and mechanical properties of QT780-3 pearlite nodular cast iron was studied.The results show that with the increase of normalizing temperature, the distribution uniformity of ferrite is improved, and the wear resistance and mechanical properties are improved with the increase of normalizing temperature.When the normalizing temperature is high, the microstructure of pearlite is coarse, and the wear resistance and mechanical properties of pearlite are decreased.When the normalizing condition is 900 鈩,
