数控电液折弯机床与机械补偿应用研究

【摘要】:现代工业中对金属板材的折弯已经成为钣金行业加工中的一个不可缺少的环节,并已经逐步在钣金加工行业中占据了重要位置。在对折弯机床的研究中发现在选用液压补偿系统方式时,有响应速度慢、补偿变量线性差、维修成本高以及对环境有污染等缺点。随着电力、电子技术及电机制造技术的发展,新型的以电机直接驱动折弯机床的机械补偿系统,替代折弯机床的液压补偿系统成了新的发展方向。机械补偿系统为折弯机床提供了一套比液压补偿系统响应速度快、工作补偿量可以实现线性补偿,并且在工作中有非常良好的稳定等优点。在本次设计过程中学习了折弯机床的基本工作原理,同时对折弯机床行业在国内外当前的市场现状的发展趋势进行了细致研究,在研究中发现液压补偿系统在金属钣材折弯生产中发现的缺点不足进行总结,我们将这些不足和困难做为机械补偿系统设计方案中的攻关要点。首先对机械补偿系统在补偿增量和参数上进行分析研究并拟定设计方案,同时运用有限元分析对机架和滑块进行静力学分析。通过研究分析找到替代液压补偿控制系统在稳定性和补偿增量的线性变化的不足解决方案。针对这些问题,机械补偿的方案是通过驱动电机带动机械补偿内部的补偿斜块,通过补偿斜块的相对移动来完成折弯工艺中的补偿工作。在调研企业的大力支持下应用了我们的设计方案,在数控电液折弯机床上以机械补偿系统替代液压补偿系统的设计方案让机床的加工精度得到了显著提升。
[Abstract]:The bending of sheet metal in modern industry has become an indispensable tache in the sheet metal processing industry, and has gradually in sheet metal processing industry occupies an important position. In the research of bending machine tool found in the selection of hydraulic compensation system, response speed, variable linear compensation, high maintenance costs. And the pollution to the environment. With the disadvantages of power electronic technology and the development of motor manufacturing technology, new type of direct drive motor mechanical compensation system of bending machine, hydraulic bending machine replacement compensation system has become a new development direction. Provides a set of hydraulic compensation system response speed than the mechanical compensation system for bending machine the amount of compensation, work can realize linear compensation, and has the advantages of stable and very good at work. In the design process of learning the basic work of bending machine At the same time, the development trend of the principle of bending machine tool industry in the current market situation at home and abroad was studied in detail, it was found that the lack of disadvantages of hydraulic compensation system found in the metal sheet metal bending production were summarized, the problems and difficulties we will do for the mechanical compensation system design in the key points. Firstly, analysis design research and development of mechanical compensation system and compensation in the incremental parameter, and finite element analysis on the frame and slider static analysis application. Through research and analysis to find alternative hydraulic compensation inadequate control of linear variation in stability and incremental compensation system solutions. To solve these problems, the scheme is driven by mechanical compensation the motor drives the compensation inclined block mechanical compensation inside, to complete the work in the process of bending compensation by relative motion compensation. In the inclined block With the support of research enterprises, our design scheme is applied. The design scheme of the hydraulic compensation system is replaced by the mechanical compensation system on the CNC electro-hydraulic bending machine. The machining accuracy of the machine tool has been significantly improved.
