汽车发动机用AM50合金的合金化与性能研究

【摘要】:通过光学显微镜(OM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、力学性能、静态腐蚀速率和极化曲线等测试方法,研究了合金化元素Sb对AM50+Y合金组织与性能的影响,并分析了其作用机理。结果表明,Sb元素的添加可以有效细化AM50+Y合金的晶粒;添加1%Sb的4~#合金主要由α-Mg固溶体、β-Mg_17Al_12、Al_2Y和YSb相组成;当AM50+Y合金中Sb添加量为0.6%时可以取得最佳的常温和150℃高温强度和塑性结合。此外,Sb元素可以有效提高合金的冲击韧性和硬度;AM50+Y合金中添加Sb元素,合金的静态腐蚀速率增加,合金的腐蚀电流密度增加,耐腐蚀性能有所降低。
[Abstract]:The effect of alloying element SB on the microstructure and properties of AM50 Y alloy was studied by means of optical microscope X ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscope (SEM), mechanical properties, static corrosion rate and polarization curve.The results show that the addition of Sb can effectively refine the grain size of AM50 Y alloy, and the 4U # alloy with 1%Sb mainly consists of 伪 -Mg solid solution, 尾 -Mg17Al12 AlStack2Y and YSb phase.When the amount of SB added into AM50 Y alloy is 0.6, the optimum strength and plasticity can be obtained at room temperature and 150 鈩,
