成分及烧结温度对Fe-Al反应材料反应热的影响

【摘要】:以微米级Fe、Al粉末为原料,通过冷等静压制备了Fe:Al质量比分别为3:7、4:6、5:5的压坯,并利用差示扫描量热仪研究了不同成分配比对压坯反应热的影响,确定出具有最大反应热的压坯成分;采用无压烧结法将该配比压坯烧结成Fe-Al反应材料,并研究了烧结温度对该材料组织结构与反应热的影响。结果表明,质量比为Fe:Al=4:6的压坯具有最大的反应热,达到 589.8 J/g;该压坯在540℃烧结时,生成少量的金属间化合物Al_(13)Fe_4、Fe_2Al_5,使反应热降低,且不利于扩散反应的进一步进行;而在530℃烧结时,无明显金属间化合物生成,反应热略有下降,达到 538.5 J/g。
[Abstract]:The compacts with Fe:Al mass ratio of 3: 7: 4: 6: 5 were prepared by cold isostatic pressing using micron Feanal powder as raw material. The effect of different composition on the reaction heat of compacts was studied by differential scanning calorimeter, and the compacts with maximum reaction heat were determined.The Fe-Al reaction material was sintered by pressureless sintering method, and the effect of sintering temperature on the microstructure and reaction heat of the material was studied.The results show that the compacts with a mass ratio of Fe:Al=4:6 have the maximum reaction heat, reaching to 589.8 J / g, and when the compacts are sintered at 540 鈩,
