Ni-Mn-Ga磁性形状记忆合金A-D变体对的纳米孪晶间的取向关系

【摘要】:通过透射电镜观察了Ni_(54)Mn_(25)Ga_(21)磁性形状记忆合金中A-D马氏体变体对的晶体学特征。结果表明:微米级的单个马氏体变体由纳米级的粗、细两种片层组成,这两种片层呈(1 1 2)复合型孪晶关系。变体对之间任意两片层的取向关系随着细片层所占变体的体积分数变化而改变,粗-粗(或细-细)片层对的取向关系接近于相同,粗-细片层对的取向关系接近于(1 1 2)孪晶关系。此外,沿着片层的11 0方向观察,变体间界面位于竖立位置,界面弯曲。界面处片层之间存在一定交叉,交叉的区域在10 nm以内。
[Abstract]:The crystallographic characteristics of A-D martensite variant pairs in Nix _ (54) Mn-M _ (2) M _ (21) magnetic shape memory alloy have been observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM).The results show that a single martensite variant of micron size is composed of two kinds of nanoscale thick and fine lamellae, and the two lamellae have a complex twin relation.The orientation relationship of any two lamellar pairs between variant pairs changes with the volume fraction of the variation of the thin layer, and the orientation relationship of the coarse-coarse (or fine-thin) lamellar pair is close to the same.The orientation relationship of coarse-thin lamellar pairs is close to that of the twin.In addition, observed along the 110 direction of the lamellar layer, the interface between the variants is in the vertical position and the interface is curved.There is a certain cross between the layers at the interface, and the cross region is less than 10 nm.
