金属三维点阵结构拓扑构型研究及应用现状综述

【摘要】:金属三维点阵结构是一种具有轻质、高比强度、高比刚度以及多功能潜力的新型结构材料,近年来受到了国内外研究领域及工程技术领域的广泛关注。概述了不同拓扑构型的金属三维点阵结构,包括体心立方结构(BCC)、面心立方结构(FCC)和其衍生而来的拓扑结构、金字塔拓扑结构、变密度结构、钢丝绕织结构及几种针对加工限制而提出的拓扑结构,介绍了金属三维点阵结构的应用现状,分析了目前拓扑构型研究及应用研究所存在的问题。并在此基础上,指出金属三维点阵结构研究的发展趋势和可能的研究方向,为金属三维点阵结构及相关研究提供了参考。
[Abstract]:Metal three-dimensional lattice structure is a new type of structural material with light weight, high specific strength, high specific stiffness and multifunctional potential. In recent years, it has received extensive attention in the field of research and engineering technology at home and abroad.Three dimensional lattice structures of metals with different topological configurations are summarized, including bulk centered cubic structures (BCCs), face-centered cubic structures (FCCs) and their derived topologies, pyramid topologies, variable density structures, etc.In this paper, the structure of steel wire wound and several kinds of topologies which are put forward in view of the limitation of processing are introduced. The application status of three-dimensional lattice structure of metal is introduced, and the problems existing in the research of topological configuration and applied research at present are analyzed.On this basis, the development trend and possible research direction of metal three-dimensional lattice structure are pointed out, which provides a reference for the study of metal three-dimensional lattice structure and related research.
