CuW合金的细观累计损伤及裂纹演变模拟分析(英文)

【摘要】:考虑到细观(Meso-scale)累计损伤与微观结构的相互关系,对Cu W合金的二维代表体单元施加循环载荷,应用Darveaux模型分析了Cu W合金的累计损伤以及所引起的裂纹演变。分析结果表明:塑性滑移带首先形成于Cu W合金的铜相区,随着循环次数的增加,细观损伤及裂纹萌生于钨颗粒的棱角处并沿着其边缘扩展,微裂纹的扩展路径主要受钨颗粒的分布状况影响,而烧结颈在一定程度上迟滞了微裂纹的扩展速度。
[Abstract]:Considering the relationship between Meso-scale (Meso-scale) cumulative damage and microstructure, cyclic loading was applied to the two-dimensional representative element of Cu-W alloy. The cumulative damage and crack evolution of Cu-W alloy were analyzed by using Darveaux model.The results show that the plastic slip band is first formed in the copper phase region of Cu-W alloy. With the increase of cycle times, the meso-damage and crack propagate at the corner of tungsten particle and along its edge.The propagation path of microcracks is mainly affected by the distribution of tungsten particles, while the sintering neck delays the propagation rate of microcracks to some extent.
