YG8硬质合金与45钢非晶钎焊行为

【摘要】:为改善YG8硬质合金与45钢的焊接性能,采用Cu_(39.37)Ti_(32.19)Zr_(19.38)Ni_(9.06)(at%)非晶态钎料对YG8硬质合金和45钢进行钎焊。通过XRD、SEM、万能试验机对钎料的微观结构以及钎焊接头形貌、析出相和力学性能进行分析。结果表明:在一定钎焊温度下,随钎焊时间的增加,接头强度逐渐减小,有明显的裂纹,且裂纹在YG8硬质合金一侧反应层中萌生并扩展。在钎焊温度900℃,钎焊时间10 min时获得的抗拉强度最高,约为250 MPa。焊接头强度与YG8硬质合金一侧形成的反应层厚度有关。通过计算得到了反应层厚度形成的激活能Q和反应层生长速度A_0。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the weldability of YG8 cemented carbide and 45 steel, the YG8 cemented carbide and 45 steel were brazed with YG8 cemented carbide and 45 steel.The microstructure, morphology, precipitate phase and mechanical properties of brazing joint were analyzed by XRDX SEM and universal testing machine.The results show that with the increase of brazing time, the strength of the joint decreases and there are obvious cracks at a certain brazing temperature, and the crack initiation and propagation in the reaction layer on the side of the YG8 cemented carbide.When the brazing temperature is 900 鈩,
