基于DSPIC30F6011A与触摸屏的钩舌自动堆焊控制系统设计

【摘要】:钩舌作为车钩的重要组成部分,其表面的修复对列车在运行过程中的安全性和稳定性有很重要的意义。钩舌磨损表面通常用堆焊进行修复,而手工堆焊效率低,焊接质量差,为了提高钩舌表面修复效率,保证焊接质量的稳定,本文研制了一种自动堆焊钩舌表面的控制系统.系统以触摸屏作为人机交互界面,作为焊接生产过程中的控制界面,简洁方便且控制精确,还可根据钩舌表面磨损程度的不同,通过触摸屏设定相关焊接参数。系统以单片机作为控制核心,运算能力强,可扩展性高。本文详细介绍了以单片机DSPIC30F6011A为控制核心的钩舌自动堆焊控制系统的硬件电路和软件程序设计。其中硬件电路主要包括单片机的基本工作电路,触摸屏与单片机的通讯电路,焊枪和钩舌位移采集电路以及电动机控制电路等。软件程序设计主要包括单片机与触摸屏之间的通讯程序和触摸屏界面按钮的执行程序。硬件电路与软件程序的调试结果显示,本系统在设定的绝对坐标系统下可以实现钩舌表面的自动焊接,且焊缝质量基本满足钩舌堆焊的工艺要求,提高了钩舌堆焊效率的同时也稳定了堆焊质量。
[Abstract]:As an important part of coupler, the surface repair of hook tongue is very important to the safety and stability of train. The worn surface of hook tongue is usually repaired by surfacing welding, but the efficiency of manual surfacing welding is low and the welding quality is poor. In order to improve the repair efficiency of hook tongue surface and ensure the stability of welding quality, a control system for automatic surfacing of hook tongue surface is developed in this paper. The system takes the touch screen as the man-machine interface and the control interface in the welding production process, which is simple, convenient and accurate. It can also set the relevant welding parameters through the touch screen according to the different wear degree of the hook tongue surface. The system takes single-chip computer as the control core, which has strong operation ability and high expansibility. This paper introduces in detail the hardware circuit and software program design of the automatic surfacing welding control system with single chip computer (DSPIC30F6011A) as the control core. The hardware circuit mainly includes the basic working circuit of the single chip microcomputer, the communication circuit between the touch screen and the single chip microcomputer, the displacement acquisition circuit of welding gun and hook tongue, the motor control circuit and so on. The software program design mainly includes the communication program between MCU and touch screen and the executing program of touch screen interface button. The debugging results of hardware circuit and software program show that the system can realize automatic welding of hook tongue surface under the system of absolute coordinates, and the welding quality basically meets the technological requirements of hook tongue surfacing welding. The efficiency of hook-tongue surfacing is improved and the surfacing quality is stabilized.
