热处理工艺对022Cr17Ni12Mo2不锈钢组织和腐蚀性能的影响

【摘要】:采用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、电化学试验研究了不同热处理工艺下船用奥氏体不锈钢022Cr17Ni12Mo2的微观组织和均匀腐蚀性能。结果表明,随着固溶温度的升高,钢的平均晶粒度变大;腐蚀率则随固溶温度的升高先降低后增加,在固溶温度为1090℃时,腐蚀率最小。随着固溶温度的增加,试样表面由粗糙、不规则形状突起、表面成膜状况差等逐渐形成致密平整的保护膜。固溶温度为1090℃时,试样表面的腐蚀膜覆盖范围、致密性和均匀性最好。
[Abstract]:The microstructure and uniform corrosion behavior of marine austenitic stainless steel (022Cr17Ni12Mo2) under different heat treatment conditions were studied by metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope and electrochemical test. The results show that the average grain size of the steel increases with the increase of the solution temperature, and the corrosion rate decreases first and then increases with the increase of the solution temperature, and the corrosion rate is the lowest when the solution temperature is 1090 鈩,
