退火温度对铁素体基轻质钢组织与力学性能的影响

【摘要】:为了满足汽车轻量化的要求,研制轻质钢迫在眉睫。设计了一种成分(质量分数,%)为Fe-0.25C-3.5Mn-8Al的铁素体基轻质钢,研究了在不同热处理条件下,试验钢的显微组织与力学性能之间的关系。结果表明,冷轧试验钢具有较高的抗拉强度和屈服强度,但断后伸长率较低。退火处理后冷轧试验钢的性能有大幅改善,经过950℃×50 s+400℃×3 min处理后,其强塑积可达22 451 MPa·%。随着退火温度的升高,钢中奥氏体含量逐渐增多,κ-碳化物逐渐溶解直至消失。拉伸变形后部分奥氏体发生转变,奥氏体稳定性参数与强塑积成正比。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the requirement of automobile lightweight, it is urgent to develop lightweight steel. A ferrite based lightweight steel with Fe-0.25C-3.5Mn-8Al composition was designed. The relationship between microstructure and mechanical properties of the test steel under different heat treatment conditions was studied. The results show that the cold rolled steel has higher tensile strength and yield strength, but lower elongation after break.
