高密齿散热器型材挤压的数值模拟及模具结构优化

【摘要】:高密齿散热器型材由于其截面形状复杂、舌比值(悬臂∶齿间距)大而使其挤压模具设计难度大、试模成功率低。以某公司生产的高密齿散热器铝型材为例,采用数值模拟软件Hyperxtrude对其挤压成形过程进行分析研究。将原设计模具在仿真软件上进行虚拟试模,找出可能存在的问题,再结合实际试模情况和模拟结果对模具结构和参数进行多次优化。主要通过改变导流板角度和工作带尺寸,使得型材截面最大挤出速度与平均速度的比值趋近于1。结果表明:经优化后的模具消除了原来存在的问题,挤出了合格的高密齿型材。
[Abstract]:Because of its complicated section shape and large tongue ratio (cantilever: tooth spacing), the extrusion die design of high density radiator profile is difficult and the success rate of die test is low. Taking the aluminum profile of high density radiator produced by a company as an example, the extrusion forming process was analyzed and studied by numerical simulation software Hyperxtrude. The original design mould is simulated on the simulation software to find out the possible problems and then to optimize the mold structure and parameters several times by combining the actual mold test and simulation results. By changing the angle of the guide plate and the size of the working belt, the ratio of the maximum extrusion speed to the average velocity of the profile section approaches to 1. The results showed that the optimized die eliminated the original problems and extruded qualified high density profile.
