中锰钢热变形行为及热加工图研究

【摘要】:在MMS-300热力模拟试验机上进行了单道次压缩实验,研究了一种超低碳中锰钢热变形行为及热加工图特点。结合金相组织分析了各加工失效区域主要失稳特性及失稳原因。结果表明:基于动态材料模型理论的热加工图及其失稳判据在实验中锰钢中有良好的适用性。根据材料功率耗散系数及流变失稳判据确定的最佳加工工艺参数域为1050~1150℃和应变速率0.01~0.1 s~(-1)。在该区域内,实验钢发生完全动态再结晶,钢的功率耗散系数在30%~44%。
[Abstract]:A single pass compression experiment was carried out on a MMS-300 thermal simulation machine. The hot deformation behavior and hot working diagram of a kind of ultra-low carbon medium manganese steel were studied. Combined with metallographic structure, the main instability characteristics and the causes of failure zone are analyzed. The results show that the hot working diagram based on dynamic material model theory and its instability criterion have good applicability in the experiment of manganese steel. According to the power dissipation coefficient of material and the criterion of rheological instability, the optimum processing parameter range is 1050 ~ 1150 鈩,
