面向卓越工程师培养的数控综合实验改革

【摘要】:针对卓越工程师培养和企业人才需求,在分析数控实验教学基础上,建立以数控系统故障诊断与维修,复杂零件多轴编程,在线检测三大模块为依托的数控综合实验体系。该体系以主流FANUC和西门子数控系统为对象,开展数控机床控制系统、机械系统故障诊断和机床精度调试实验,运用UG软件和数控机床进行整体叶轮四轴计算机编程和加工实验,并用Powerinspect软件编制自动在线检测程序,由测头检验叶轮加工质量。通过该实验体系,学生围绕数控机床故障诊断维护、计算机多轴数控编程、在线检测进行实验,全面提升数控技术运用能力,取得良好的实验教学效果。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of NC experimental teaching, the NC comprehensive experimental system based on the fault diagnosis and maintenance of NC system, the multiaxial programming of complex parts and the on-line inspection module is established to meet the needs of the training of outstanding engineers and talents of enterprises. This system takes the mainstream FANUC and Siemens CNC system as the object, carries on the NC machine tool control system, the mechanical system fault diagnosis and the machine tool precision debugging experiment, uses UG software and the numerical control machine tool to carry on the integral impeller four-axis computer programming and the processing experiment. Powerinspect software is used to compile the automatic online inspection program, and the machining quality of impeller is checked by the probe. Through this experimental system, students can make experiments around fault diagnosis and maintenance of NC machine tools, computer multi-axis NC programming, on-line detection, and improve the ability of NC technology application in an all-round way, and obtain good experimental teaching effect.
