叠层铜母线冲裁过程研究及影响因素分析

【摘要】:叠层铜母线主要用来连接两个电器元件,它具有能承载大电流、高电压的特性,因此在电器柜、变压所、工厂等电器领域得到广泛应用。冲裁加工是叠层铜母线常用的加工工序,为了保证其在工作过程中的使用安全和使用寿命,在使用叠层铜母线时对其加工质量有较高的要求。原有的冲裁过程会出现孔径尺寸变化较大、塌陷高度长、每层冲裁不均匀、加工效率低等问题,随着工业和经济的快速发展,已不能满足目前实际应用中的要求。本文首先借助Deform-3D有限元分析软件建立叠层铜母线的冲裁数值模型,并对叠层铜母线的冲裁过程进行有限元数值模拟,研究其微观机理的变化。通过对材料应力应变曲线、损伤值曲线、静水压应力、材料塑性流动等因素的分析,研究了叠层铜母线在冲裁过程中的机理变化,叠层铜母线在冲裁过程中,越靠近凸凹模刃口,材料的塑性流动、应力应变和损伤值就越大。然后搭建PLC控制三合一母线加工机的实验平台,分析了冲裁过程中载荷-位移的关系曲线,研究了孔径尺寸、塌陷高度随位移变化的曲线,并用实验方法研究叠层铜母线冲裁的宏观过程,验证了相关参数。最后从多个方面研究了影响叠层铜母线冲裁质量的因素,借鉴单层厚板和单层薄板的冲裁机理,对比间隙、压边力、厚度等因素对叠层铜母线冲裁质量的影响,发现单边间隙、压边力是影响叠层铜母线冲裁质量的主要因素。考虑到实际生产和模具等因素,单边间隙取0.4mm为宜,压边力可取冲裁载荷的30%-40%。同时,工作环境和加工要求的不同,可以根据叠层铜母线的冲裁成形规律来优化叠层铜母线冲裁过程中的各个参数,对今后叠层铜母线冲裁的生产加工有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Laminated copper busbar is mainly used to connect two electrical components. It can carry high current and high voltage, so it has been widely used in electric cabinets, voltage stations, factories and other electrical applications. Blanking is a common working procedure for laminated copper busbar. In order to ensure its safety and service life, the quality of laminated copper busbar is very high when it is used. The original blanking process will have some problems, such as large change of aperture size, long collapse height, uneven blanking and low processing efficiency. With the rapid development of industry and economy, it can no longer meet the requirements of practical application. In this paper, the numerical model of blanking of laminated copper busbar is established by means of Deform-3D software, and the process of blanking of laminated copper busbar is simulated by finite element method, and the change of microcosmic mechanism is studied. Based on the analysis of stress-strain curve, damage value curve, hydrostatic stress and plastic flow of materials, the mechanism of laminated copper busbar in blanking process is studied, and the mechanism of laminated copper busbar in blanking process is studied. The closer it is to the edge of the die, the larger the plastic flow, the greater the stress, strain and damage. Then the experiment platform of PLC control three-in-one busbar machine is built, the relation curve of load-displacement in blanking process is analyzed, and the curve of aperture size and collapse height changing with displacement is studied. The macroscopic process of blanking of laminated copper busbar is studied by experimental method, and the relevant parameters are verified. Finally, the factors affecting the blanking quality of laminated copper busbar are studied from many aspects, drawing lessons from the blanking mechanism of single layer thick plate and single layer sheet, comparing the influence of clearance, blank holder force, thickness and other factors on the blanking quality of laminated copper busbar, the one-sided gap is found. The blank holder force is the main factor that affects the blanking quality of laminated copper busbar. Considering the factors such as actual production and die, 0.4mm is suitable for unilateral clearance, and blank holder force can be used for punching 30-40 of the load. At the same time, according to the different working environment and processing requirements, the parameters in the process of blanking of laminated copper busbar can be optimized according to the forming law of laminated copper busbar, which has certain reference value for the production and processing of laminated copper busbar blanking in the future.
