变质处理和快速冷却对Al-27Si合金初晶硅细化的研究

【摘要】:采用添加变质剂和快速冷却相结合的方法,改善Al-27Si合金初晶硅的形貌和尺寸,并借助光学显微镜OM、分析软件Image Plus对初晶硅的尺寸、形貌、圆整度、粒度分布等进行了统计和分析。结果表明,细化Al-27Si合金初晶硅尺寸效果较好的变质处理和快速冷却的工艺为:变质剂添加量0.09%,变质温度880℃,变质时间30 min,型腔内径准10 mm的冷却模具。同时得到对初晶硅尺寸的影响因素,由大到小的顺序是:变质剂的添加量冷却速度=变质时间变质温度。
[Abstract]:The morphology and size of primary silicon in Al-27Si alloy were improved by the combination of modifier and rapid cooling. The size, morphology and roundness of primary silicon were analyzed by Image Plus with the help of optical microscope. The particle size distribution was analyzed. The results show that the modification treatment and rapid cooling process for refining the size of primary silicon in Al-27Si alloy are as follows: the amount of modifier is 0.09, the modification temperature is 880 鈩,
