锻压温度对汽车轴头锻件性能的影响

【摘要】:采用不同的始锻温度、终锻温度和相同的锻压比对汽车轴头进行了试验,并进行了锻件的耐磨损性能和耐腐蚀性能的测试与分析。结果表明:在试验条件下,随始锻温度从980℃升高至1080℃,锻件的耐磨损性能和耐腐蚀性能均先提高后下降;随终锻温度从810℃升高至910℃,锻件的耐腐蚀性能先提高后下降。汽车轴头锻件的最佳工艺参数为:始锻温度1060℃、终锻温度890℃。
