【摘要】：使用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件对空气预热器纹板式密封组件点焊模型进行了仿真计算,分析了纹板式密封组件点焊连接的最大应力和应变。验证了点焊连接用于空气预热器纹板式密封组件结构的合理性,从理论上为空气预热器纹板式密封组件提供一种新的连接方法。
[Abstract]:By using ANSYS Workbench finite element software to simulate the spot welding model of air preheater grain - plate seal assembly , the maximum stress and strain of spot welding connection are analyzed . The rationality of spot welding connection for the structure of air preheater ribbed plate seal assembly is verified , and a new connection method is provided for air preheater grain - plate seal assembly theoretically .
