结合含银层微观组织及宏观性能优化不锈钢双辉渗银工艺参数

【摘要】:使用双辉离子渗金属技术,在304不锈钢基体上进行渗银处理,使得不锈钢获得表面抗菌性。研究了温度、阴极电压、炉压三因素对含银层成分及结构的影响。将摩擦磨损性能及耐腐蚀性能作为评价方法,优化出理想的渗银工艺。使用金相显微镜观察含银层膜层厚度,扫描电镜观察含银层表面形貌,能谱检测截面银含量,使用MS-T3000球-盘摩擦磨损试验机进行磨损性能表征,使用浸泡在浓度为0.9%的Na Cl溶液后观察试样形貌的方法进行耐腐蚀性能表征。结果发现,使用双层辉光离子渗银工艺制备的含银层表面合金原子排列致密,含银层由沉积层构成。膜层表面形貌、银含量及膜厚对摩擦磨损及耐腐蚀性能产生重要影响。最终确定了890℃×3 h的不锈钢渗银工艺最为优异。
[Abstract]:The surface antimicrobial properties of 304 stainless steel were obtained by silver infiltration on 304 stainless steel substrate by using double glow ion alloying technique. The effects of temperature, cathode voltage and furnace pressure on the composition and structure of silver layer are studied. The friction and wear properties and corrosion resistance were taken as the evaluation methods to optimize the ideal silver permeation process. The thickness of silver-containing film was observed by metallographic microscope, the surface morphology of silver-containing layer was observed by scanning electron microscope, the silver content of section was measured by energy dispersive spectrum, and the wear properties were characterized by MS-T3000 ball disk friction and wear tester. The corrosion resistance of the samples was characterized by immersion in 0.9% NaCl solution. The results show that the surface of the silver containing layer is compact and the silver containing layer is composed of deposit layer. The surface morphology, silver content and film thickness have important effects on friction and wear and corrosion resistance. Finally, it was determined that 890 鈩,
