热处理工艺参数对YF45MnV钢夹杂物形态的影响

【摘要】:进行了YF45Mn V钢试样不同加热温度、保温时间及冷却方式的热处理。通过金相显微镜观察和运用硫化物金相定量分析统计的方法,研究了YF45Mn V钢经过热处理后硫化锰夹杂物的变化规律。结果表明:在950~1100℃保温0~2 h,硫化物不同长宽比(L/W)的数量都减小;在950~1250℃保温2 h,随着加热温度升高,试样中硫化锰夹杂物长宽比L/W3的所占的比例越来越多;在1100℃,随着冷却速率的增加(由空冷到水冷),在保温1 h时,纺锤形硫化锰夹杂物(L/W3)数量减少;在保温3 h时,纺锤形硫化锰夹杂物数量增加。
[Abstract]:The heat treatment of YF45Mn V steel at different heating temperature, holding time and cooling mode was carried out. The changes of manganese sulphide inclusions in YF45Mn V steel after heat treatment were studied by means of metallographic microscope and statistical method of quantitative analysis of sulfide metallography. The results show that the number of sulfides with different aspect ratio (L / W) decreases at 950,1100 鈩,
