FeCrBSiNb非晶涂层的制备及其性能

【摘要】:采用火焰喷涂自制的FeCrBSiNb气雾化合金粉末,制备了高非晶含量的Fe基非晶涂层。利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜和透射电镜分析了粉末和涂层的相组织结构、表面形貌和微观特征。结果表明:FeCrBSiNb合金粉末主要有FeCrSi固溶体和B化物组成,粉末球形度较好,大颗粒粉末表面粗糙,主要为枝晶状组织,并伴有"卫星"球。制备的FeCrBSiNb非晶涂层润湿性较好,粒子搭接边界不明显,非晶体积分数高达80%。非晶涂层存在少量孔隙,主要是未熔颗粒的嵌入、熔融粒子凝固时的"骤冷"应力和气体逸出造成。FeCrBSiNb非晶涂层在532~644℃存在明显放热峰,玻璃转变温度Tg为509℃,开始晶化温度Tx为532℃,其形成非晶相的临界冷却速率为3.458×103 K/s,在同一试验条件下,非晶涂层的相对耐磨性是45钢基体的2.6倍。
[Abstract]:Fe based amorphous coating with high amorphous content was prepared by flame spraying FeCrBSiNb gas atomized alloy powder. The phase structure, surface morphology and microstructure of the powder and coating were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the powder consists of FeCrSi solid solution and B compound. The powder has a good sphericity. The surface of the large particle powder is rough, and it is mainly dendritic structure, accompanied by "satellite" ball. The FeCrBSiNb amorphous coating has good wettability, the boundary of particle lap is not obvious, and the integral number of amorphous is up to 80. There are a few pores in the amorphous coating, mainly the intercalation of the unmelted particles. The "quench" stress and gas escape during solidification of the molten particles cause the exothermic peak of the amorphous coating at 532 鈩,
