沿海工业环境下6A02铝合金接线板的腐蚀行为

【摘要】:采用扫描电镜观察、X射线衍射分析、电化学分析等方法,结合实际服役地区大气环境分析,研究了变电站电流互感器用6A02铝合金接线板在沿海工业环境中的腐蚀行为及机理。结果表明:铝合金接线板主要发生晶间腐蚀,且由晶间腐蚀向均匀腐蚀发展;腐蚀产物主要为铝的硫化物和氯化物;大气中的Cl~-和硫化物降低了铝合金接线板的腐蚀电位,提高了腐蚀电流密度,是导致铝合金接线板腐蚀失效的主要因素。
[Abstract]:The corrosion behavior and mechanism of 6A02 aluminum alloy junction board for substation current transformer in coastal industrial environment were studied by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM) observation X-ray diffraction analysis and electrochemical analysis combined with atmospheric environment analysis in actual service area. The results show that intergranular corrosion occurs mainly in aluminum alloy junction plates, and the corrosion products are mainly sulfides and chlorides of aluminum, and the corrosion potential of aluminum alloy junction plates is reduced by Cln- and sulfides in the atmosphere. The corrosion current density is increased, which is the main factor leading to corrosion failure of aluminum alloy junction board.
