细长杆件矫直工艺关键技术研究

【摘要】:细长杆件在工业中具有广泛的应用,生产和使用的过程中杆件会发生弯曲,需通过杆件矫直保证质量。本文围绕细长杆件矫直工艺关键问题进行研究,主要研究内容包括以下几个方面:首先,以细长杆件全自动矫直机技术要求为设计目标,基于行程控制矫直原理设计矫直机控制系统。完成矫直机工艺流程设计、矫直机运动控制系统硬件设计、程序设计以及可视化操作。其次,对矫直过程中细长杆件径向圆跳动的测量问题进行研究,对细长杆件径向圆跳动进行建模,以PLC为基础,运用激光传感器测距原理,完成细长杆件径向圆跳动的测量系统设计。在杆件的转动过程中,分析杆件的夹紧方式,得出杆件转动不发生打滑的条件;分析测量基准不重合时对测量结果的影响。再次,分析中小直径铝合金杆件矫直的动力响应过程,以简支梁为模型分析冲击载荷作用下的弹塑性变形,得出杆件在集中载荷和均匀载荷下的动力响应。而后,从能量的观点出发,分析杆件在冲击载荷作用下,杆件发生弹塑性变形的过程。最后,针对细长杆件径向圆跳动的测量理论进行实验验证,分析影响测量精度的因素;建立中小直径铝合金杆件矫直冲击载荷试验,分析杆件矫直过程中压头速度对杆件径向圆跳动的影响。
[Abstract]:Long and thin members have been widely used in industry. In the process of production and use, the members will bend, and the quality should be guaranteed by straightening the bars. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, the technical requirements of automatic straightening machine for slender rod are the design goal. Based on the principle of stroke control straightening, the control system of straightening machine is designed. Finish straightening machine process design, straightening machine motion control system hardware design, program design and visual operation. Secondly, the measurement problem of radial circle runout of slender rod in straightening process is studied. The radial circle runout of slender rod is modeled. Based on PLC, the principle of laser sensor ranging is used. The design of measuring system for radial circle runout of slender rod is completed. In the process of rotating the rod, the clamping mode of the bar is analyzed, and the conditions for the rotation of the rod not to slip are obtained, and the influence on the measurement results when the measuring datum is not coincidence is analyzed. Thirdly, the dynamic response process of small and medium diameter aluminum alloy bar straightening is analyzed. The elastic-plastic deformation under impact load is analyzed using simply supported beam as model, and the dynamic response of the bar under concentrated load and uniform load is obtained. Then, from the point of view of energy, the process of elastic-plastic deformation of members under impact load is analyzed. Finally, the measurement theory of radial circle runout of thin and long rod is tested, and the factors influencing the measuring accuracy are analyzed, and the straightening impact load test of aluminum alloy rod with medium and small diameter is established. The influence of head velocity on radial circle runout of rod during straightening process is analyzed.
