单面钎涂刀具自锐性和使用寿命的研究

【摘要】:针对刀具如农用碎草刀、灭茬刀、豆浆机刀片和谷粒粉碎刀等在使用过程中会逐渐钝化、不能自锐的难题,在65Mn表面钎涂Ni基和WC的混合粉末制作刀刃单面涂层的刀具,通过不同的热处理方法改变基体组织,调节刀刃两侧的耐磨性差,研究单面涂层刀具的自锐性。测量砂砾磨损测试(100 h)后刃部曲率,分别为500μm,120μm,147μm。结合磨损量分析400℃回火处理的刀具在耐磨性、自锐性和使用寿命三个方面的综合性能优越,提高刀具的使用寿命。
[Abstract]:In view of the difficult problem that the tools such as agricultural grasses knife, stubble knife, soybean milk machine blade and grain crushing knife will be passivated gradually and cannot be sharpened in the process of use, the tool coated with mixed powder of Ni base and WC on the surface of 65Mn can be used to make the tool with single surface coating on the blade. The self-sharpening of single-side coated cutting tools was studied by changing the matrix structure by different heat treatment methods and adjusting the wear resistance of both sides of the blade.
