轧后水冷对20CrMnTiH钢组织影响的研究

【摘要】:利用热模拟试验机研究了轧后穿水冷却过程中奥氏体晶粒尺寸和形态的变化,以及对组织转变的影响机理。结果表明,对于终轧温度≥950℃的轧材,穿水对组织转变的作用为抑制再结晶晶粒的粗化,增加铁素体相变的形核位置,促进铁素体相变,从而抑制贝氏体相变。对于终轧温度≤900℃的轧材,穿水对组织转变的作用为抑制轧材的再结晶,保留形变储能,提高铁素体形核率,促进铁素体相变,从而抑制贝氏体相变。通过以上两种机制,在850~1000℃轧后穿水都能明显促进铁素体相变,抑制贝氏体相变。
[Abstract]:The changes in grain size and morphology of austenite and the mechanism of its influence on microstructure transformation during the process of water cooling after rolling were studied by means of thermal simulation test machine. The results show that the effect of water on microstructure transformation is to inhibit the coarsening of recrystallized grains, increase the nucleation position of ferrite transformation, and promote ferrite transformation, thus restraining the bainite transformation.
