高档拉伸液压机性能强化设计与薄板成形仿真及其应用研究

【摘要】:随着我国航空航天、汽车制造、石油化工等大型工业的发展,高性能大尺寸复杂薄壁构件的需求也日益增加。拉伸液压机的性能直接关系到薄壁构件的成形质量,传统的拉伸液压机已经无法满足实际工业需求。因此,亟需设计开发出高性能的高档拉伸液压装备。本文针对拉伸液压机成形过程中的弯曲开缝、爬行抖动、反胀失效等问题,对高档拉伸液压机刚度性能、运动性能和成形性能等进行了深入的研究,提出了高档拉伸液压机性能强化设计方法,并应用到合肥合锻150MN双动充液拉伸液压机的设计开发中。论文主要内容包括:第一章介绍了拉伸液压机主机组成和整机性能,阐述了高档拉伸液压机的技术背景和本课题的研究意义。通过介绍目前高档拉伸液压机在成形过程中存在的弯曲开缝、爬行抖动、反胀失效的性能缺陷,分析了目前国内外学者研究针对上述问题的研究现状,提出了高档拉伸液压机性能强化设计方法,最后给出了本论文的研究内容与组织框架。第二章提出了面向弯曲开缝的高档拉伸液压机组合机架刚度性能设计方法。研究了弯曲开缝机理,建立了高刚度的目标模型,提出基于粒子群算法的组合机架刚度性能多目标求解方法。最后以150MN拉伸液压机为例,通过仿真对比验证了所提方法的可行性。第三章提出了面向爬行抖动的高档拉伸液压机拉伸滑块运动性能解耦方法。研究了液压机滑块低速爬行机理,建立了滑块的单自由度摩擦模型,通过力学求解和数值分析,确定了影响滑块爬行抖动的因素,提出了基于TRIZ理论的高档拉伸液压机导向装置的解耦方法。最后以150MN拉伸液压机为例,通过仿真对比验证了所提方法的可行性。第四章提出了面向反胀失效的高档拉伸液压机充液拉深成形性能优化方法。分析了薄板拉伸成形的过程,确定了影响成形质量的工艺参数,提出了基于敏感度分析的高档拉伸液压机工艺参数关联分析方法,实现了高档拉伸液压机成形性能的提高。最后以150MN拉伸液压机为例,通过仿真对比验证了所提方法的可行性。第五章结合企业实际项目,开发了拉伸液压机功能管理模块,同时对本文所提出的理论方法进行了仿真模拟,验证了本文所提方法的可行性与有效性。第六章对全文的研究内容进行了总结,并就下一步的研究内容和方向进行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of aerospace, automobile manufacturing, petrochemical and other large-scale industries in China, the demand for high performance, large size and complex thin-walled components is increasing day by day. The properties of drawing hydraulic press are directly related to the forming quality of thin-walled components. The traditional drawing hydraulic press can no longer meet the actual industrial needs. Therefore, it is urgent to design and develop high-grade tensile hydraulic equipment with high performance. Aiming at the problems of bending slit, creeping jitter and anti-expansion failure in the forming process of the drawing hydraulic press, the stiffness, motion and formability of the high-grade drawing hydraulic press are studied deeply in this paper. The design method of high grade drawing hydraulic press was put forward, and it was applied to the design and development of 150MN double action hydraulic drawing press in Hefei. The main contents of this paper are as follows: in the first chapter, the composition of the main engine and the performance of the drawing hydraulic press are introduced, the technical background of the high grade drawing hydraulic press and the research significance of this subject are expounded. This paper introduces the performance defects of bending slit, creeping jitter and anti-expansion failure in the forming process of high-grade drawing hydraulic press, and analyzes the current research situation of domestic and foreign scholars in view of the above problems. The design method of high-grade drawing hydraulic press performance strengthening is put forward. Finally, the research content and organization frame of this paper are given. In the second chapter, the stiffness performance design method of high-grade drawing hydraulic press is presented. In this paper, the mechanism of bending slit is studied, and the target model of high stiffness is established, and a multi-objective method based on particle swarm optimization (PSO) is proposed to solve the stiffness performance of composite frame. Finally, taking 150MN drawing hydraulic press as an example, the feasibility of the proposed method is verified by simulation and comparison. In chapter 3, a method of decoupling the motion performance of the drawing slider for crawling jitter is proposed. In this paper, the mechanism of slider crawling at low speed is studied, and the single degree of freedom friction model of slider is established. By means of mechanical solution and numerical analysis, the factors affecting slider crawling jitter are determined. The decoupling method of high-grade drawing hydraulic press guide device based on TRIZ theory is presented. Finally, taking 150MN drawing hydraulic press as an example, the feasibility of the proposed method is verified by simulation and comparison. In chapter 4, the optimization method of liquid-filling forming property of high-grade drawing hydraulic press for reverse expansion failure is put forward. The process of sheet drawing forming is analyzed and the process parameters which affect the forming quality are determined. The correlation analysis method of process parameters of high grade drawing hydraulic press based on sensitivity analysis is put forward to improve the forming property of high grade drawing hydraulic press. Finally, taking 150MN drawing hydraulic press as an example, the feasibility of the proposed method is verified by simulation and comparison. In the fifth chapter, the function management module of the drawing hydraulic press is developed in combination with the actual project of the enterprise. At the same time, the simulation of the theory and method proposed in this paper is carried out to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper. The sixth chapter summarizes the research content of the full text, and looks forward to the next research content and direction.
