等温温度对9SiCr热轧钢板球化退火组织和硬度的影响

【摘要】:对9Si Cr热轧钢板进行了4种不同工艺的等温球化退火试验,研究了等温温度对钢板球化组织和硬度的影响。结果表明,等温温度过高或过低,都不利于碳化物的球化,等温温度为720℃时,退火后组织中片状珠光体消失,细小的球状碳化物均匀分布在铁素体基体上,且硬度最低。9Si Cr热轧钢板的等温球化退火温度应是720℃。
[Abstract]:The isothermal spheroidization annealing tests of 9Si Cr hot rolled steel sheet were carried out in four different processes. The effect of isothermal temperature on the spheroidization microstructure and hardness of the steel plate was studied.
