高强韧铸态球墨铸铁技术研究及应用

【摘要】:市场对汽车零件材质的强度、伸长率等指标要求越来越高,因此需要不断提升材料性能。通过加入Si C、增碳剂及各种合金元素进行熔炼,获得高质量原铁液,再通过高强度孕育处理获得高强度、高伸长率的铸态球墨铸铁。在发动机曲轴的铸造生产上应用该技术,可以稳定产品质量,减轻劳动强度,降低能耗和生产成本,缩短生产周期。
[Abstract]:The market demands the strength and elongation of automobile parts more and more, so it is necessary to improve the properties of materials. High quality raw iron was obtained by adding sic, carbonizing agent and various alloy elements, and then high strength and high elongation ductile cast iron was obtained through high strength inoculation. The application of this technology in the casting production of engine crankshaft can stabilize the product quality, reduce the labor intensity, reduce the energy consumption and production cost, and shorten the production cycle.
