第3代汽车用Mn-Al系中锰钢的研究现状

【摘要】:概述了Mn-Al系第3代汽车用中锰钢的研究现状,介绍了已开发的Mn-Al系中锰钢的化学成分及其设计依据,分析了不同合金对Mn-Al系中锰钢组织和性能的影响,揭示了中锰钢的高强度高塑性和高加工硬化率的形成机制,并讨论了Mn-Al系中锰钢的退火组织和力学性能。
[Abstract]:The research status of the third generation medium manganese steel for automobile in Mn-Al system is summarized. The chemical composition and design basis of the developed medium manganese steel in Mn-Al system are introduced. The effect of different alloys on the structure and properties of middle manganese steel in Mn-Al system is analyzed. The formation mechanism of high strength, high plasticity and high work hardening rate of medium manganese steel was revealed, and the annealing microstructure and mechanical properties of Mn-Al medium manganese steel were discussed.
